How a Custom Tour Works
The process starts with your wishes and ideas. You tell us what kind of trip you are looking for—such as the destination, dates, type of activity, difficulty level, budget, and any special interests or requirements.
Once we receive your request, we review the details and may follow up with a few questions to better understand your expectations and experience level. This helps us make sure the trip is realistic, safe, and suited to you.
Based on this information, we design a proposed itinerary. This includes suggested routes or activities, trip length, accommodations, logistics, and an outline of what is included. We also consider safety, local conditions, and seasonality.
We then send you a proposal with the itinerary and pricing. You can review it and let us know if you would like any adjustments. Changes can be made at this stage to better match your preferences.
Once you are happy with the proposal, we finalize the details and confirm the booking. From there, we provide all necessary trip information so you can prepare and travel with confidence.
