Slovenia boasts incredible geographical diversity and a large number of natural and cultural treasures in a small area. Therefore, the most suitable way to discover the beauties of Slovenia is by bike. When traveling by car is too fast and walking is too slow, cycling is definitely just right. You will visit the main tourist attractions of Slovenia, and at the same time enjoy cycling on the most beautiful asphalt roads, without excessive ascents and heavy traffic. This 8-day adventure will take you from Lake Bled, through some medieval towns towards the capital Ljubljana. In Ljubljana, we will surprise you with a superb culinary experience in one of the first Michelin-starred restaurants in Slovenia. Cycling past the Postojna Cave you will descend into the Mediterranean climate of the winegrowing area of Vipava Valley. Entering the Karst area you will cycle on quiet, easy, and scenic paved roads through vineyards and ancient villages, and finally reach the Slovenian part of the peninsula Istria. In picturesque Piran, you will enjoy the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere after an unforgettable journey.
